About Chubini Winery & Boutique Cabins

Chubini was founded in 2016 by Tornike Chubinidze, who left Tbilisi at the age of 25 to follow his dream of making authentic Georgian Qvevri wines. His goal was simple yet bold: to craft natural wines using traditional Kakhetian methods and share them with the world - and today, Chubini wines are enjoyed across three continents.

In 2018, Tornike met Lika. They shared the same dream for wine, hospitality, and life, and soon after, they merried. By 2019, they began welcoming guests from all over the world for private wine tours, tastings, home-cooked lunches and dinners, and culinary masterclasses — sharing not only their wines, but also the warmth, traditions and stories of Kakheti.

Guests often comment that meals at Chubini feel like being invited to a Georgian home: family recipes, traditional Kakhetian dishes, and wine served directly from the winery. Offering a truly authentic tasting of local food culture.

The hospitality grew organically. In 2022, they opened their first two cabins. Over the next two years, Chubini expanded to eight cozy cabins, each offering vineyard views and a serene connection to nature. In April 2026, boutique hotel with 12 bedrooms and an outdoor swimming pool be opened — a place where guests can relax, explore and experience winery life fully.

Chubini remains a boutique, family-owned destination where Lika and Tornike personally host every guest. They lead the wine tours and tastings themselves, ensuring that every visitor leaves with a genuine, authentic experience — as if visiting old friends in Kakheti.
